• Complete your truck rental by October 31, 2008.
• Within 48 hours after your truck rental, we’ll automatically email you instructions for getting your free car rental day. If you return the truck when the Budget Truck rental location is closed, the transaction will be posted the next operating business day.
Is My Truck Rental Eligible?
An Eligible Rental is a completed one-way truck rental in the U.S., and reserved on budgettruck.com on or after February 1, 2007 and completed on or before October 31, 2008. Truck rentals reserved through any other channel, online or off-line, are not eligible for this promotion. Truck reservations must have originated on budgettruck.com to qualify. To qualify for the free car rental day, all car rentals must begin on or before December 31, 2008. * One-Way Truck Rental is defined as a transaction in which the renter picks up the truck at one location, and returns the truck to a different location other than the originating location.
Terms and Conditions
After booking a one-way reservation on budgettruck.com and completing the qualifying Budget Truck rental by October 31, 2008, the customer will qualify for a FREE Car Rental Day from Budget Rent a Car. The FREE Car Rental Day will include one day's daily time-and-mileage charges free, on an Economy (group A) through a Full-size Four-door (group E) car. Taxes, concession recovery fees, vehicle license recovery fee, customer facility charges ($10/contract in CA), and fuel charges are extra. Optional products such as LDW ($22.99/day or less, except in Louisiana $49.99/day or less) and other surcharges may apply and are extra. Offer valid at participating corporate Budget Rent A Car locations in the contiguous U.S. (excluding the NY Metro area) and Canada. Offer subject to vehicle availability at time of reservation and may not be available on some rates at some times. Car must be returned to the same Budget Rent A Car location from which it was originally rented. For car reservations made on budget.com, the FREE Car Rental Day will be applied at time of rental, subject to vehicle availability. An advance reservation is required. May not be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer. Budget reserves the right to alter terms and conditions of this offer. Holiday and other blackout periods may apply. If a rental begins during a blackout period, the entire rental is blacked out and does not qualify for promotion. Renter must meet Budget age, driver and credit requirements. Minimum age may vary by location. An additional daily surcharge may apply for renters under 25 years old. FREE Car Rental Day must begin by December 31, 2008.
