The Budget Truck Group offers Commercial Billing Accounts for businesses meeting our basic credit qualifications. Setting up a commercial account with Budget and comes with many benefits. They include preferred rental rates, fast service on rentals and returns, direct billing, a dedicated account representative and the newest truck fleet in the industry. Follow the instructions below and you will be on your way to becoming a Budget commercial account.

We will require a guarantee of at least $3,000 per year in truck rentals to qualify for a CASH account or $5,000 per year in truck rentals to qualify you to apply for a billing account.

To apply for an account, complete the following steps.

Step 2: In print, complete the form. A signature is required.

Step 3: Fax the form to our Commercial Account Manager at (918) 376-7146 or call (866) 628-5774.

Step 4: Our local sales representative will contact you to discuss your specific rental needs and rates.
